i'm asking how can sony detect a jailbroken ps3 ? do they see the history which i open before i sign into the PSN ? so thats why i must use PS ninja + PSN patch
or they can detect my MAC address ?
also is there's a way out to spoof my console ID while im online or to make it hidden

Thanks

Because when the PS3 communicates with their servers an CFW behaves differently to a OFW, and yes and yes and yes.

u can use PSN patch to spoof your CID or CCAPI as OFW mode. use PSN patch to disable your CFW syllicals so it makes ur PS3 look like a OFW to Sony servers.

there isnt a 100% no ban tho, you are bound to get banned, doing all this just hopefully makes it longer before they ifind you and ban yo ass
