Post: PSNPatch v2017.02B "Mode Auto"

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Hi guys!
I'm asking something that I have not understood very well.
The new PSNPatch 2017 release says that it has a new "Mode Auto", that:
"IDPS get falsified at boot. The system will behave as if it had been falsified permanently from new IDPS".
So my question is: What does it mean? Does it mean that PSNPatch creates a new IDPS and so if I get banned, only the "new" IDPS (created from PSNPatch indeed) get banned, instead the "ex" IDPS mine remains safe?
I wonder the technicality of this function of PSNPatch!

P.S.= What are IDPS and PSID? I mean -> what is the difference between this two things?

Another question:
With PSNPatch and PSNinja, is it more safer to use "Charles" program?
