my ps3 is banned and I have a cid but I don't know how to change it and ive tried youtube videos but I still cant get online ugh.. i dont know if the cid i have is also banned but i keep getting a error code

Usually means invalid CID if I remember correctly - can sometimes be fixed (if it is legit) by resetting to the same CID using CCAPI.

either the CID is set to DEX mode, or u have a fake invalid CID. setting with CCAPI will usually set it to CEX mode, so if u get this error after setting with CCAPI it is quite possible that you got given or sold a invalid CID

8002A224 = Banned or invalid CID. Only way to fix it is either change it with a new one or make sure it was set correctly.

Use CCAPI when setting a CID like as such..

You must login or register to view this content.

Set 'BOOT idps' to make the CID you imputed stick after every boot or set 'current' to make it temporary. After that you should be fine. Although it depends on the CID.
