and activated it with*reActPSN v3.20
every time*i load*it,*i get a no signal on my tv and when i press power off button on my console, instead of turning off because*my dual-shock*controller turns off after i load vice city & when i push*the ps button the lights dont sync with my console, it goes back to the xmb no beeps.

im running Rebug 4.81 DEX

& Yes i know how to use reactpsn.
1. Install gta and reactpsn.(Unless of course you already have reactpsn)
2. Place "exdata" folder on flash drive.
3. Put flash drive in the right usb port.
4. Create a new user and name it "aa".
5. Run reactpsn and do not press any buttons. (ps3 should do a soft reboot)

you mean in Rebug Toolbox, XMB operation mode: >change to Retail instead of debug?
i did that same problem.

theres no eboot in the game folder
folder name: NPUD20552
under: /dev_hdd0/game
