I have tried to copy PES 2017 Option File from USB to PS3 but I have kept getting this error " Unable to load data from another user edited ". I have tried to delete all old file or Game Data before I copied. I was also looking for resigning game save but the Save Resigner did not support my game region - BLUS31598. I have not seen any update games.conf for that version and I did not know how to update by myself.

This is the option file "PS3 Option File PES2017 REGION BLAS50824, BLUS31598 Fix, BLES02237 Fix".

Can any one help help me fix this trouble?

are you on a jailbreak? if u are u could convert ur game region, so you might be able to resign it.
