You can with a e3flasher.

u need a e3flasher and u need to flash your NOR chip when done flashing just start up ur ps3 put the rogero downgrader on usb and go to update usb / UPDATE / PS3UPDAT.PUP

You can you need an e3 flasher. Cost around 100$.

But dont, its not worth anymore. Ps3 is dying just like mods (if you plan modding at all)
