Sounds like your ps3 took a dump, sorry to say. Assuming it is ylod from overheating, your console will need a reflow, a reball, or to be replaced.

Can you get to the recovery menu?

try to repaste it, failing that, you need to find the original dump of the console, providing you downgraded it, if not, sorry but you may aswell get a new console

go to your local computer shop / ebay and order some thermal paste (i recomend artic silver 5), take your console apart and clean your 2 heat sinks, once you have done that put a small pea sized ammount of paste on each heat sink and put your console back together and it should work, if that doesnt work then its time to buy a new console, not sure if im aloud to post about me downgrading consoles (its not hard) but i can help out if you need anything
