all my settings are correct the only obvious thing that changed was my public and local ip. i can obtain an ip and sign in no problems i can connect/attach with CCAPI. i used this tutorial to set up tmapi --- You must login or register to view this content.

Is your PS3 wifi or wired connection?

Wired target manager connects too. just tools seem to freeze when im trying to connect via TMAPI on any game i try
