If you have the PS3 SDK installed then you can compile SPRX's on most VS versions. I use 2015

I got it installed and I also use 2015, but I dont see it on the program to create a sprx.

This is my first time bro. I've been creating rtm tools on 2015 and also thought that 2015 can also create sprx menus

i think u have to change the path of the SDK or something so it loads into the newer vs versions

not sure i think if you google how to use sprx in vs 2013 + i think i seen a thread on here about it.... but you HAVE to create the suprx in 2010 i believe
