Try installing rebug 4.82.1 lite edit. What firmware are you on?

dude i had same problem my package manager used to disappear all the time but i heard it was SEN ENABLE that was causing the problem so i changed to PSN PATCH ever since making the change to PSN PATCH had not problems what so ever with the Package Manager you can find what you re looking for on BREWOLOGY site it has package manager you can install it from their and psn patch site is >> Brewology and on your left hand side on the page look for HOMEBREWS clcik on it let page open then scroll down and you will see >> package manager ..

To install Rebug Toolbox, try to use the multiman pkg installer. and to update, you may have COBRA disabled. Please check for me.
