I'm getting this error: "An error has occurred" (80023121) when i try to "sign up" creating a new account or using an existing account.

I still can get online with my account but when i create another user and try to sign in i get this error.

I don't know if has something to do with new update... I'm using CFW ITA 4.50, spoof 4,70

Yeh I deffo think it's a psn issue I can't even access account management on my sign in account, haven't tried making a new one but I assume I'd get the error, has anyone tried making new using non JB PS3 or even PS4??
