Debug settings nav turn off

I noticed just a couple friends will appear offline if i loaded gta while signed out and only signed in when prompted to while selecting online play.
If i sign in before I load game then i do not have this issue.

Yes i had same problem turn them off friends apeared

Are you using "hide from friends" in PSNinja? If so, try to choose "be seen again"
