Usually that error is just comes up when trying to create a new account, is that what you're doing when getting the error?

But the issue is the firmware you're on. 4.75 gets that error. I had it as well so i updated to 4.81.2 rebug from 4.75.3 rebug and now i dont get the error. Hope you fix it.
