You said it stays on a black screen but your picture shows it makes it to the XMB menu. Does your ps3 make it to the xmb?

98 % yes . but after 1 or 2 min this happens ( the above picture )

You can put your ps3 into safe mode and try to maybe re-install your firmware. Or there are other options inside safe mode you could try. Maybe one of them would help you.

could be down too your TV?

I dont think its your PS3...
