I went back to rebug 4.78 downloaded sen enabler enabled spoofer now im spoofed to 4.82 ,i can sign in on the account what was already on the ps3 but when i want to create an account (new user) it gives me a error code 8002321 ,makes me think that sen enabler either needs upating or it isnt a full spoof ,what u think?

you misunderstood. This forced update thing has nothing to do with you not being able to make a new account on your PS3. That existed for months now. Has nothing to do with anything. it was a previous check they made. To make a new account you must be on 4.81+ doesn't matter CEX or DEX. And again it has nothing to do with what's happening these days

Ahh ok i best update to 4.81 then do you know if 4.81 as webman built in via rebug

it is. they removed it from 4.82 but still its best to use the latest webman either way
