1. i have purchased good id.
2. i changed e-mail to my original. (password not change yet)
3. received e-mail from sony and i have authentication using gmail.
4. I CANT sign in with new e-mail.

Note: i can receive mail from sony when i push password reset button. Do you know the solution?

You can not get locked on PSN. either banned or temporarily banned. If you can't sign in, google the error you have and you will find the solution to your problem.


Also you can never unban an account that is already banned. The ban-hammer shall not be lifted.
