U need to activate CID to get online with PS3ITA Manager pkg & make sure u have spoofed to 4.60

Firs u open PS3ITA Manager in options find Network Tools
there u will find other option's :
1- Set new console id (if u have privet cid & u want to use)
2- Restore original console id (if u use the original cid)
choice the one that u need then go back to sign in & try
