Well, you can use a new CID to unban your console and go back online again

there is no firmware that will get you unbanned again bro, you will have to buy a new console ID so you can get back online. may i ask what games you was modding? or did the ps3 come with a banned CID (Console ID)

The console was already banned but I belive the last person was modding Black OPS 2 because that's the only game installed on this PS3, I do have an old FAT 40GB PS3 I never use with official fw 4.41 could I get the console ID from that?
