I'm getting this question from over a year now, might be a dumb question, but i just want to know

Yes if someone else who has a vita goes on your account and gives it to you.

I knew that.
But it's irritating to ask every time for a new color.
I meant something like RTM Tool, something for CFW Users.
But, well, i think it's not possible at all.
