I followed this vid and fixed my nat. I wasn't using a VPN though but I think it should still work.

The VPN might have lots of users online, or you're using a VPN very far from where you live.

Trying using another Vpn, or maybe to many users using that

Everyone of my friends that use a VPN have strict NAT.
