Try restarting your router/modem. If you're on cfw make sure you have access to psn with a spoofer.

i have comcast...im on 4.70 but when i go to sign up for a psn it says connection timed out .....that never happend to me:/

Go to Debug settings and put your NP environment thingie to np lowercase and restart your system. That should fix it.

yeah it work for me too i had to find out the hard way because i was on cex thank you though i thought it was Verizon fios lol
