i just formatted my PS3 hard drive on a PC and now my PS3 is no longer. She goes on but goes off again after 20 seconds and I get no picture

can someone help me?

You cannot format the HDD from a pc.... buts its interesting that the ps3 doesn't prompt you to reformat again


Have you tried another HDD

Have you made sure the hard drive is in the right format? Maybe the ps3 isn't reading it

I have downloaded a specially FAT32 Formatter, but it doesn't work.. :/

Make sure you buy the correct Hard Drive, it should ask you to format the new HDD.
