Check the email of the affected account or the error code that is returned.

8002A227: Permanent Ban
8002A231: Temporary Ban

i cant find email and there is no error code

this is what come up when i try to log in on the playstation website

Your account is suspended. If the problem persists, please contact Customer Services.

If you test your network connection from Settings > Network Settings > Test Connection, it should return the error at the bottom.

the error code for me is 8002A231

Looks like it is a Temporary ban. I believe it is 30 days.

thank god for that thank you so much for helping if it is 30 days then it will be un-suspended between october 16th to october 20th
