If you're using a jailbroken console get the fan speed controller pkg and edit your fan speeds

you cant just feel her up straight away, you need to caress her and let her know shes beautiful and then you can slowly start touching her and make sure shes not uncomfortable

Webman can do it. Although it may not do much if it's doing it all the time. You probably need to replace thermal paste.
