i do downgrades but i'm on the Central Coast of NSW. i don't do send ins though as i don't wanna deal with postage, so i'm afraid i can't be much help.

why not just buy a flasher and do it yourself? could be something to do? i pretty sure there would be someone in Perth who can do it but i don't know many people from Perth.

its the best way... plus downgrading service, at least here, is dead.... I get 2 or 3 ps3 per month... nothing like it was before.

im going to follow this guide seems pretty thourough to me
but his download link for the e3 tools is dead
