(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); So I swap out my 40gb hdd to 500gb then the PS3 was formating it then after that was done it was installing an fw should is that normal/is that my jb fw

You should reinstall it from usb and use what ever firmware ya ps3 is on

I have inserted a usb with the firmware but I don't think it reading it from there and I think it installing from Psn sever

On REBUG it has a option to Switch HDD and it moves all your data.
