When I connect my laptop to the PS3 the PS3 ip says 0.0.0.0 constantly. I tried sharing my WiFi with the Ethernet cable and it won’t let me. It just keeps saying “An unexpected error has occured”. Even when I try system restore it doubles the problem. My Ethernet cable is connected but “No internet access”.

Check your PS3 Network I.P (if you don't know how go to network and setup a new connection and change the I.P) and see if that works. (The next thing you see is not written by me. It was something someone else wrote. I used this info because I had this problem also)
