SIlent Hill 3 there is one save that give already 28% and someone else gives trophy without doing nothing. Anyway there are some trophy where you have to kill the bosses and find weapons to get the trophies. In Silent Hill 2 you need to do something to get the trophies.I say 45 minutes to get SH3 and SH2 all trophies. Nothing difficult.
