The Save is not mine, I found it and tried to compile it for NGU. Credit to whos save it is.

Maybe you are with a different region Game, so you might need to change the region with Xploder, make sure you have the same BLUS/BLES code on the Save as your Game disc has.
The chances are you're just doing it wrong.

ok i find my region on my disc case is BLUS30762 US region. thanks cause bf3 cant copy on US only to PS+ storage and it suck for resing xD.
and yes i get 100% offline

For anyone who is trying this on a premium edition of the game (my copy is digital if that makes any difference), in order to use this save for all offline trophies you need a param.sfo editor.
Download the save and rename the BLES01275-PROF_SAVE to BLUS30762-PROF_SAVE.
Next open the param.sfo program you are using.
Where it says save directory, it will say BLES01275-PROF_SAVE, rename this to BLUS30762-PROF_SAVE as well.
Next step is to resign it with Xploder, then copy it to your PS3.
Start up the game, select campaign, then resume the story.
You will now get all the trophies mention in the original post.
