Thanks to this video I solved the problem XD
After making the process of the video, I used "Save Resigner PS3" and the bailouts are read quietly

the save is the same reg us but i am BLUS30761-SAVESC disk and file is NPUB30456-SPLINTE i can get it to the ps3 of but it wont see it i followed the video tryied swapping blus30761 for npub30456 i left it blus30456-splinte got corrupt save on ps3 then tried BLUS30761-SAVESC same thing data corrupt on ps3. any ideas.

So I'm posting this a year later I've figured out how to resign if you have the disc version :
1.create a folder with the name of your save "BL******-SAVESC
2.open the saves you had downloaded and copy all the data (NOT THE SFO ones)
3. Paste the data in the folder you had created and put there YOUR SFO file
4.Resign and it's done
It's p*ssed me off cuz there is about 32 and you need to do this with each of them
I hope I've helped and sorry for my english
