Do a barrel roll!
sweet let me test with that. New Update: Redownloaded UK trial version and the save will now not overwrite when it did before.. Odd, however im retrying it with the US save to see if its a minor recognition glitch in the system. I will then try US version file folder NPUB30049 to see if it overwrites. If so I will post up save

Ok New Update Code NPUB30049 was it! it is the US save! I have it working correctly. Im going to do a UK save if I can. I know its NPEB maybe 00061? Unsure yet but it shouldn't be too hard to find out yet. Thanks mark1 for the google search. I've come across over 4 different codes that were all invalid to U.S. accounts and now im working on U.S. save. Try to get big_johnny to data transfer you the save from your UK account and send me the save. I'll reassign it and see if it works for you.
Here is the US converted save. .SFO is removed just swap the files to reassign to your account.

you know that pw are "ilegal" right?
you have to put the pw there, and does that save have A+?
