Step 1
In this step, all you must do is play through the story on Easy difficulty. Also, keep an eye for the few missable and miscellaneous trophies.
In this step you will earn:
Shocking Rescue
Malpractice Needs More Practice
Born Free
Just What The Doctors Ordered
Daydreamer
Baneful Payback
Breaking And Entering
Recurring Nightmare
Zsasz Cut Down To Size
Solitary Confinement
Double Trouble
Resist The Fear
Crocodile Tears
Poisoned Ivy
Big Bang
Here are a few missable and miscellaneous trophies to work towards during this step:

Step 2
In this step, use the file titled, "Hard Mode"
Simple beat Joker to obtain:
Big Bang (if not already done)
Bigger Bang
Biggest Bang
Step 3
In this step, use Xploder to reassign your gamesave with the file for the individual riddler trophies.
In this step, you will obtain:
Arkham Analyst
Cryptic Investigator
Lateral Thinker
Mystery Solver
Conundrum Cracker
Mental Athlete
Riddle Resolver
Crack The E Nigma
Step 4
In this step you want to use the file, "Challenges and 100% Complete"
First, select the first Predator challenge and defeat ALL enemies with ONLY Silent Takedowns. Once completed you will earn:
Predator Bronze
Predator Silver
Predator Gold
Invisible Predator

Next, select the first Combat challenge. Simply complete the challenge without getting hit to earn:
Freeflow Bronze
Freeflow Silver
Freeflow Gold
Flawless Freeflow Fighter

Next, select Rumble in the Jungle combat challenge room. Defeat the titan in the last wave without using the batarang (L1). Follow the video to earn:
Mano-a-mano

Next, select Sewer Bat (Extreme). This is one of the most difficult trophies in the game for many users. It really is simple and easy. Best tip is to not "button mash".

That's not right, when I simply copy/overwrite the 2 files inside my save folder and then on my ps3, when I load that save the game crush. I think it's because it's a US save and my original save folder is EU, so how the hell can be possible to use that 2 files? Is there a way? And don't tell me to just overwrite them....

My problem is when i try to copy the gamesave to the ps3 after overwriting the files on the pc it says corrupted..

After several research and attempts, I have finally found which is the right procedure:
1. Copy your save FROM your PS3 to an usb device, then to your computer. Now you should have your save on your computer.
2. Use BruteforceSaveData and load your save folder then double-clik on the PARAMS.sfo file you see on the bottom left corner, copy the highlighted number next to "ACCOUND ID".
3. Take the 2 files (PAYLOAD and PARAM.PFD) inside the specific trophy save folder, and replace them with those inside your save folder.
4. Use BruteforceSaveData and load your save folder (with the previous 2 files replaced), use the "decrypt PDF" on the PARAMS.sfo file you see on the bottom left corner using rigth-clik.
5. Double-clik on PARAMS.sfo file then paste the previously copied "ACCOUND ID" number then clik the "SAVE" button on the bottom right corner.
6. Right-clik on the PARAMS.sfo file then use the "encrypt files" function.
7. Now copy the modded save folder FROM your computer to an usb device, then from usb device to your PS3. Now you should load the save.
You have to repeat this operation with all other trophy save. I hope this little guide can be helpfull.

You have to replace the payload and param files in your own save.
