Defensive spending:

Tutorial:For the Intel/Informant you will need to pick up the lat part of intel.
Scout leader: do the same thing in the next starting place after you resign your save.
Defense spending: Buy a Riot shield.
Danger Zone: Buy a Carepackage/Type 95 try both.
