Its a Fresh "Standard" Save with NO DLC Attached
YOU Get MAX Resources (999,999 Including Ration Seals)
The Devil Horns & Retro Mode Unlocked

If you resigned with xPloder and are seeing "Corrupted Data" when trying to copy the save over to your PS3 then I know what the problem is.
You need to delete the .SFO and then resign the save to your profile. I had the exact same problem before I did that. After that the save was fine and I loaded it up.
I could see I was definitely in retro mode and has max resources - so I'm guessing all the cheats have stuck. I didn't go all the way to the bench in Chapter 2 though but I imagine the devils horns will be there waiting for me
