Has been a while
These saves are just insane starter saves for Dark Souls. With every weapon/armor upgraded to its maximum and every ring. i'm guessing you get any item related trophy from it after you have resigned the save.

You still get trophies for using the saves, and you don't need to resign the saves.

Yes, you still get trophies.
Just take the weapons for the trophies out of the Bottomless box.
