just remove the "SetLevel(70)" and u should be fine.
once done 2 repack do not just compress the extracted Data0 folder u just modded the file in.
u do this. compress the data folder within the Data0 folder.
then rename data.zip/rar 2 Data0.pak

i have been having this error all day i am trying 2 use a friends save that is normal not hacked and when i do a Region + Profile Resign and when i try 2 copy onto PS3 It Give me that error it's like this save data cannot be Resigned at all!
i have tried every possible way in Resigning it and region changing.
i did the swap trick = failed
i did the param.sfo save data directory edit = failed
changed folder names off course = failed
i used [PS3] Save Resigner 2.06 = failed
i used BruteForce Save Data with Full and Piratical Rebuilds = failed

Ye i got same problem, tried to change from blus to bles but nothing worked for me,too...

I used the Sam B save to get some weapons, US Version. The same save i resigned for EU Version of the Game with Bruteforce Save data.
Steps I did:
- Decrypt PFD
- Update Account ID
- Changed Title ID/Region
- Update PFD
- Encrypt PFD
Hope it helps.
Xploder and PS3 Save Resigner doesnt work for me too.

One of the Regions was not listed.
