Do a barrel roll!
Head to the back of the chamber and kill the 3 pawns that are there.
Once done, wait a few moments and the Dragon will spawn in.
Shoot at the red dot on the wing, then shoot 1-2 times in the mouth.
For dark arisen: resign save with your param.sfo, copy to the ps3, launch dragon's dogma and wait while it converts the save for the dark arisen.
All your params are 9999, it would be very difficult to die, so feel free.
