I Know what you guys are saying, this game hasn't been released well the Japanese import version came out and decided to post with couple of contributors (listed below; credits) to make this game 'playable' for you guys
so heres without a due, Final Fantasy XIII: Lightning Returns Saves and Gil/XP Package (For CFW ONLY).
[Use this when the game comes out in Feb.]
Note: Will keep this updated (don't have much now, but when the game comes out for NA/EU it will be alot)
WARNING: MASSIVE SPOILER DOWN THERE
Platinum Saves/Individual Saves:

To get this save working with BSD (Bruteforce) try this method:
[Note 1: Do not click "unlock save to work on any ps3" and no need to use encrypt all/decrypt all nor partial for both; just used update full then verify]
1. Load your own save (that is fresh and not been touched by BSD)
2. Click on the set param.sfo as template -> use current param.sfo
3. Load up the downloaded save
4. Click update account id and copy params
5. You should see the np_account to have changed to what was originally yours
6. Just load up the save into the ps3
[Note 2: This has no .SFO file and you don't need it; just put yours in]
Instructions: (For Above)
-This save is to set the gils to 999,999,999. It also maxes out STR and MAG, and ATB to 200 (max value).
-You can pick any difficulty mode.
-This save has tons of weapons, shields, accessories, decorations and as well as all 71 in-game costumes are unlocked.
-The garb collection has a small bug - when you view all garbs under specific submenu, Lightning's default costume is duplicated six times at the bottom of the list but this does not cause any problem with you playing the game.

-kill one more enemy

Seeing Stars
-achieve a KnockOut on an enemy once

Unearthly Apothecary
-obtain an Elixir (you already have one) but if not pop, you need to get one by trading in 100 Soul Seeds

Novice Stylist
-customize a schema by setting a garb, weapon and shield

Novice Artist
-change the color of one of your garbs

Novice Swordsmith/Expert Swordsmith
-go to any weapon shop and upgrade any of your weapons once [may require more than once, in which case upgrade in increments of one unit]

Novice Shieldsmith/Expert Shieldsmith
-go to any weapon shop and upgrade any of your shields once [may require more than once, in which case upgrade in increments of one unit]

-go to any magic shop and synthesize any two abilities once

-you have to find a treasure ball that contains an accessory; in case you already picked it up in one of previous playthroughs, it'll be upgraded and trophy pops

Perfect Passengers
-ride the train to all possible destinations

Seed Collector
-collect one more Soul Seed - you find these in Chaos zones, which are like black domes

Queen of the Arena
-win one more arena battle

-kill Ereshigal in Ultimate Lair

Crimson Rebirth
-when in final dungeon, complete all four trials and then collect Ultima Sword and Ultima Shield in middle of the room

The Chocobo's Savior
-nurse the chocobo back to full health

A Helping Hand
-clear 25 requests on Canvas of Prayers

Globetrotter
-clear three specific Canvas of Prayers quests, which appear on Day 9

Deliverer of Salvation/Angel of Salvation
-perhaps it pops by clearing one more sidequest, otherwise you need 5 for Deliverer, and 25 for Angel

-these are all Storyline Trophies (need I say more?); Note: you have to complete at least 40 sidequests for the Beyond Thirteen trophy

-obtain 30 different garbs [however, if you have a save from FF13 or FF13-2, you'll be able to redeem a Lightning costume from that game; once you do that, trophy pops; SO GET YOUR FF13 & FF13-2 SAVES OUT]

its possible, I haven't tried to find the hex values for it but I'll post them here if I do
