I have here the save for "And I Ran...", just load the save and it should pop on load (tested by me), I've uploaded both PROFILE and SAVEDATA but I assume you only need the PROFILE data for this to work, (my savedata is a 100% DLC save too so it should pop some DLC trophies as a bonus [DLC not tested])

Ahh right well I have not seen them. Maybe people have not created the saves for that particular DLC.
Have you thought about creating them or are you completely stuck by it?
Hopefully some nice person will be able to share there Saves or even make a few for you.
I would but at the moment I have little to no time at all to play on the PS3.
