Here is a save for "Together Till the End" it also unlocks various other trophies too, all made super easy

One possible reality has been uncovered...
Together Till the End
Finished the game in Duo mode.
(don't know if manipulating one pad to do both jobs works as I haven't/didn't try).
Once thats done just select continue and watch the long ass ending with credits, when finished you should get;
Choose Afterlife
Entered the Infraworld.
Convince Dawkins
Helped Dawkins See the Truth.
Black Sun Down
Deactivated the Black Sun.
Two Souls

The End

Yes, you need a folder on your USB called PS3, then in that folder you should have another folder called SAVEDATA, and in that folder you need to place your resigned save. So, it should look like this (ALL in CAPS!!);
PS3>SAVEDATA>BCES01888 <--your save may have a different region code to this one, I only used this for demonstration purposes.
If you've already done that then you could be missing the .SFO file within the save itself?
