It does work, I got my platinum with this. Get the 3 snakes in the end and that's it. you should get the trophy once you exit the result screen.
I can earn the trophy for you if you want (with this save), I'm legit business.

I got it in the end I got rid of the animal in the cage since I had all the camouflages then tranquillised all the snakes then got my trophy

As,a,weird coincidence, both saves from Peace Walker were deleted by their respective users (lack of gratitude, I assume? Boy...)
Would there be anyone having a good starter save or a saveset to share?
Well there's always the possibility to do all the stuff on cheated PSP but I havent used it for about 5 years it would be akward.
Wish my old PSP save worked for trophies it would be a 110% save and all done legit...
