I tried to hex the data as per the images on page 11 but I dont think im doing it right.
Also how do I check what size of file? it mentions ytes and that the last line must read 00 00 but Im at a loss

When you decrypt the file. Open the jso via HxD, not patch creator. Change the name, add or delete bytes but keep it inside quotations. Now go all the way down to the very end. Highlight the last byte there. On the bottom left of the program you'll see the address. In my case it was 1 FFFB..now add 0's (2 at a time cuz that's one byte) until you see the address go to 1FFFF. Now if you are over just delete until you see 1FFFF. Hit save afterwords and on bsd make sure you update pfd full...don't just encrypt

Yes I do noticed that with the changed name it does it need to be a certain size to fit. but i am not sure if since my psn id has special letters it could also be a factor. Yes i will check your trophy list. and thanks

Now I don't understand, I made a new account and the cloud sync work with this save with full plat and 100% dlc and when I try to do it on my account the cloud sync doesn't work the same way. and I have tried this with 3 more dummy accounts and they work great.
