hi buuzer, can i have your ultra starter save modded with unlimited special attacks for story mode?

There's no unlimited special attacks cheat, only some unplayable characters has infinite SP like Aokiji, Buggy (Boss Mode),etc...

can u do the same things with one piece pirate warriors 2?
i want to play with kizaru boss mode (the ai controlled)
but im trying to hex edit the save but i can t
