I collected some saves and put them together, and since the "great" YnO deleted his save set, I decided to make a complete save set of MGS2.
In the folders you'll get 2 files, which are important : DATA.BIN and MASTER.BIN, you need to overwrite these with your save (paste over).For the VR missions be aware than you must finish a VR mission for the Piece of Cake trophy to make it look legit.Then use the save for 50 VR, and finally the save for the 500 VR.
I don't take credit for these saves.Most saves are converted from X360 saves (YES!!! they do work, I tested myself).
Unlock trophies on PSVita
1.Create a save on PS3 on patch 1.03 while connected to PSN
2.Copy the save to USB
3.Replace DATA.BIN,MASTER.BIN and PARAM.PFD (some save don't need the latter file) from my save to yours
4.Press Update in KG Resigner
5.Copy save back to PS3
6.Go to transfarring menu
7.Remove cloud link on save that has missing data
8.Link save to cloud
9.On PSVita go to load game (connect to PSN before) and let the save sync
10.Load the save and do the action to get the trophy.

Trophies that are not included :
- Hurt Locker - This is at the very beginning, just hide a body in a locker.
- No Boss of Mine - You need to defeat every boss after you completed the game.Use the save provided, which has the Boss Battle unlocked.
- Piece of Cake - Just complete 1 VR mission.

No one can answer the question here!? Poodle and Yorkshire Trophy... The saveset is INCOMPLETE!!! I sit here since 6 hours and try the two saves now more then 30 final Boss fights...nothing. Are u have cancer on ur eyes?
Answer the question now: HOW WE GET THE POODLE AND YORKSHIRE TROPHY?
OMG! (respect the Dog Tag Trophy!)
EDIT: This link is correct save for poodle and yorkie. Just complete battle from Solidus and you get this trophy.

Hey RageSoul, first off: Thank you very much for compiling and providing this save files list.
I only need 4 trophies for the plat but ran into a problem: When I try to load up the save in game, I get the following message: "Load failed due to corrupted save data. Attempt load of sava data again? Yes/No"
I have tried to load the saves of "In It To Win It" and "Tell Me A Tale" so far. I have tried it on the vanilla version and on 1.03. I even tried another USB device in case one was defective. I made sure I copied my VR safe to the USB for "In It To Win It" and I'm quiiite sure I didn't mess up in replacing my MASTER and DATA.BIN on my USB drive with the ones from your save files.
Edit: I'm playing on the US retail version, but am playing in Central Europe (in the rare case this might have anything to do with my problem)
Edit 2: I've also now tried resigning the save via the KG Save Resigner to no avail.
Any tips greatly appreciated!

I cant get the missions Save to work, everytime it says "trophy disable" any workaround? btw I use bruteforce.
EDIT: Got it with the "virtually impossible" save, I red older post to know what to do.

I used the save for Beagle and Yorki. I finished the game and only the Plant trophy popped but not the Tanker trophy. I have the Disc Version, 1.03 is not installed. What did I do wrong?
I tried another save for these trophies that was posted in this thread (the one that has to be downloaded from Mega). With this save Bruteforce tells me the save is unreadable, key cant be applied. Any ideas how I can make that save work?
