It wouldn't pass through norton security so i removed it for that and do to there being more that 1 option to DL if i remember correct.
Found out that the save editor was in the DL and that's why it failed with norton.

Welcome can be obtained in Majula from Crestfallen Sauldenon the file. Other one requires the ring of whispers, which you have to visit Manscorpion Tark. And make sure you obtain the Branch of Yore before you go, there is a petrified Minotaur blocking the passage to Manscorpion.
