Edit: It worked fantastic with chrome, but now everytime on the loading screen it showed up that my save is broke -.-

Tried all your saves and only your "A+" save works. I unlocked A+ trophy for finishing a chapter, hardmode trophy for playing last scene on hard, newspaper trophy for reading one newspaper and all weapons trophy for killing an enemy. (So this is save is all you need, great work as always :-) ).
Your other 2 saves (hardmode and extra,extra read all about it) didn't work for me, no trophies were unlocked.
For people who get a freezing game, i put both keys (us and eu) into games.config. Then decrypted my save, changed region, encrypted and resigned (in this order). Worked for me.
BTW there is a Genocide save on page 6 of this thread and some other saves for some other things somewhere here. So keep looking if you are missing something.
Your other 2 saves (hardmode and extra,extra read all about it) didn't work for me, no trophies were unlocked.

For me doesn't work...because I put the keys in games.config of KG and Bruteforce.
In the first case KG says "NPEB02007 folder may already exist" after the change of region.
In the second case I can't decrypt the save with A+ because the option is grey...and this means that bruteforce and KG doesn't recognize the keys.
And the problem is that, the programs for resign the saves doesn't recognize the keys for the game US and EU both.
ps. works with KG but you must resign with "open" "single gamesave"
