Start With a Jump…
Start a new Game on any save and keep looking for a 'Beam', if you found one jump in it and keep airborne in it for 75 seconds, but note, the trophy only unlocks when you land on ground after that 75 seconds!

If i remember right i used this save to unlock the trophy on my second account. And the trophy only pops up if you finish a level, it doesnt matter if you killed 500 or 1 million enemies if you dont end the level.
If you are really sure you did more than 500 kills and ended a level, just delete my save, start a new one and try it on the new save

yeah i am sure i did kill more than 500 used this save,a level means a stage(kill a boss and into the elevator) right?? i kill the more than 500 by killing the bullet from a wall ,it's that ok? i hope i can use your save to get the trophy ... not easy from a new beginning in this game...
