I copy my save before get the trophy, for me - this is popped. I won in all modes but one GTA Race. All you must to do - win GTA Race - Take Off track. Try this save and message me results please.

I finally got into that race, won by default because some guy quit out... no trophy pop. Hmmm

Haven't had the chance to try it myself yet, but I'm 99.9% sure this save will not work unfortunately.

i tried it doesnt work, does somebody who has this trophy give their profile save to me then i play a race and i win and trophy pops up, like the wanted trophy profile save worked
