You don't have to buy any DLC, all saves work without them. You only need the free DLC "Black Emporium" for some saves. I tested them on a dummy account and they worked for me.

Some of these saves are modded with max skill points and max gold. Credits to JonnyEnglish. Here is his modded starter save:
More information is in the zip.data. Look closely, some folders contain more than one trophy.
To use these saves you have to resign them with a resign program like BruteForce or Xploder. If you don't have the EU version of the game you also have to change the region code of the saves.
