Load any checkpoint and play. (1.11 is easy and quick)
The trophies for Jack of all Trades and Master of all Trades (max level) should pop.
(fyi: warning when doing this, timestamp won't look legit on trophy leaderboards)

There is one more trophy that I haven't been able to get, which is
Bathed in Glory - Obtain all the Unlockables (requires 37/37 awards).
The last award I need is complete the entire level 4 without dying. After that it will be a plat save and I will re-upload it here, and hopefully it unlocks more trophies automatically if it recognizes all awards have been done.

I have a group of 4 that are gonna try again tonight and finish. Hopefully I can get it

No, I don't have the file anymore sorry.

If I was to do things over again this is how I'd do it:
- I'd leave 1 award not done that was a lot easier to obtain. Level 4 was pretty hard to complete with no deaths.

I only played this game with game with intention of getting plat and never touching it again so I didn't think of making a save for download.

There has been nothing done to the save I just renamed the folder so I can keep track of it. It may be pretty hard for some people to complete as you said you had a rough time but hopefully someone else may post a save for it.

For the time being though they can use your previous save
